Sound familiar?

You Are Not Looking For A Tiny Athlete.

  • You ask three times before anything happens.
  • Big feelings turn into big meltdowns.
  • They freeze when other kids are around.
  • Nothing holds their attention for five minutes.

Three and four year olds do not need a black belt. Here is what they get instead:

  • They respond the first time, because that is the rule on the mat.
  • They learn to name it, breathe, and try again.
  • They walk in, find their spot, and say their own name out loud.
  • They hold focus through a whole drill — and want another.

Designed For This Age

An age-specific curriculum for the preschool brain

Little Ninjas is built around four areas of development at once: physical development, emotional growth, cognitive skills, and socialization. Every game has a purpose behind it. Balance drills build the core they will sit up straight with in kindergarten. Turn-taking builds patience. Following a three-step instruction builds working memory. It looks like play from the parent bench, and that is exactly the point — three and four year olds learn through play or they do not learn at all.

Listening The First Time

Following directions is a skill we drill on purpose, class after class.

Motor Skills & Coordination

Balance, jumping, kicking, catching — the gross-motor foundation for every sport they try later.

Emotional Control

How to lose a game, wait a turn, and try something hard without falling apart.

Socialization

Sharing space with other kids, taking turns, and cheering for someone else.

Independence

Tying their own belt, lining up on their own, bowing in without a parent hovering.

Real Self-Esteem

Confidence they earned from doing something hard, not from being told they are great.

What 30 minutes looks like

Short, Structured, Never Boring.

0–5 min

Bow In & Warm Up

Shoes off, line up on their own spot, and a warm-up that burns off the car ride.

5–12 min

Skill Of The Week

One skill only — a kick, a block, a stance — broken into pieces a four year old can hold.

12–22 min

Development Game

The block we are working on that month, hidden inside a game they beg to repeat.

22–28 min

Mat Chat

A one-word life skill they can repeat to you in the car: patience, respect, focus.

28–30 min

Bow Out & Stamps

Effort recognized out loud, then they walk out taller than they walked in.

30 min

Class length

Parents are welcome to stay and watch every class. Most do.

The first month

What You Will Notice First.

Parents tell us the same three things after about four weeks.

They listen the first time more often — at home too.

They can hold still and pay attention for longer stretches.

They talk about class all week and practice in the kitchen.

They walk into new rooms without hiding behind your leg.

For nervous parents

Nobody Gets Hit In This Class.

Little Ninjas is non-contact. There is no sparring, no partner striking, and no pressure.

Non-Contact By Design

Kicks and strikes go into padded targets held by an instructor. Never into another child.

Coached, Never Yelled At

Age-appropriate voices and expectations. A three year old having an off day is normal, not a problem.

Small Groups, Eyes On Everyone

Class sizes stay small enough that every child gets corrected, encouraged, and seen.

The Moment That Changes Everything

Every Class Ends With A Win

Three year olds do not remember drills. They remember how class made them feel. Every Little Ninjas class is built so they walk out taller than they walked in.

Celebrated For Listening

We cheer the first-time listen as loudly as the best kick, so the habit sticks.

A Teacher Who Gets Down On Their Level

Sensei Perez has specialized in young kids for decades. Shy kids warm up fast.

Pride They Bring Home

Expect bows at the dinner table and demonstrations for grandma.

"We met one on one with the lead instructor, and he took time to talk with both my children and me. Longer attention spans, less impulsivity and confidence were high on our list. Our search ended here."

Common Questions

Got Questions?

No — but three has to be ready for a room without you in it. That is what the intro assessment is for. If your child is not there yet, we will tell you honestly and suggest you come back in a few months.
